Recipe: Easy Crock Pot Chili

This Chili is easy, quick and hassle-free. The only thing you need to do is chop an onion. You can decide to chop the chicken before or simply shred it with two forks after it’s cooked. This recipe takes about 5 minutes to prepare and is simple and healthy.

Ingredients
  1. 1 onion, chopped roughly
  2. 1 lb chicken
  3. 1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables (or corn if you prefer)
  4. 1 cup pasta sauce
  5. 1 can diced tomatoes
  6. 1 can black beans, drained
  7. 2 tablespoons of homemade taco spice
Instructions
  1. Place all items in crock pot
  2. Cook in a 5 or 6 quart crockpot for 3-4 hours on high OR 6-7 hours on low
