Menu: Exciting News

I have some exciting news that I can’t really share yet which is annoying but at least things are good and good news is good any time. I’ve also been making more bentos so obviously I’ve been feeling better and more organized as a person. I got a new bento box that I’ve been using pretty much exclusively which has helped too. Not that I don’t love all my other bento boxes but I guess it just inspired me.

lunch: leftover coconut curry, rice, carrots and hummus, fruit

dinner: baked fish, couscous, spinach

lunch: chicken torilla soup, bread, fruit
dinner: tortellini primavera

Thursday
lunch: scotch eggs, salad, fruit
dinner: out @ Japonessa for Andrew’s birthday

Friday
lunch: leftovers
dinner: pan fried chicken, salad, roasted potatoes
