Recipe: Sriracha Aioli

Making your own mayonnaise is as simple as it gets. This recipe nets you a creamy mayo with the unmistakeable taste of Sriacha with an extra layer of deliciousness from the garlic and lime compliment. It’s the perfect way to spice up wraps or sandwiches.

Sriracha Aioli
  1. 1 egg
  2. 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  3. salt and pepper to taste
  4. 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  5. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  6. 1 clove garlic, minced
  7. 1 lime, juiced
  8. 3/4 cup olive oil
  9. salt (to taste)
  1. Combine the combine all but the olive oil in the container of a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, then blend on low speed while pouring oil into the blender in a fine stream as the mixture emulsifies and thickens
  1. Makes about 1 cup of aioli
