Recipe: Baked Chicken Tenders

A super easy dinner that doesn’t even need to be breaded so just one bowl gets dirty instead of three and your hands don’t get covered in clumps of breadcrumbs but you still get that absolutely perfect tender soft bite from breaded cutlets. You can simply add vegetables to the tray (I added tomatoes and green beans) and just salt, pepper, and drizzle a little olive oil on them before laying the chicken over for a full meal.

Baked Chicken Tenders
Serves 4
A total crowd pleaser, just an easy way to make chicken tenders
  1. 1 lbs chicken breast, cut in to 1" strips
  2. 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  3. 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  4. 1 tablespoon paprika
  5. 1 tsp garlic powder
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 teaspoon pepper
  8. 4 tbsp olive oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with tin foil.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl rolling the chicken in seasoning mixture until completely coated then placing it on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
