This is the most simple recipe but I frozen fruit and yogurt to use up, so if that’s the case simply swap out blueberry for “fruit of your choice” and you too can make sure you don’t let really old frozen fruit go to waste. This makes a really really big smoothie that I ate over 3 sittings but if you’re a food champ you can probably drink it in one.
- 1 cup plain, unflavored yogurt (you could use vanilla yogurt if you really wanted)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Place yogurt, fruit, milk, a handful of ice and honey to taste all into a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste it for sweetness and add more honey if needed.
