Recipe: Cannoli Dip

If you’re too lazy to make cannoli (and who isn’t), this dip tastes EXACTLY like a cannoli for about 2 minutes total of effort. Dip in fruit, cookies, crackers, graham crackers, or even pretzels if you like the sweet/salty combo.

Cannoli Dip
Serves 6
  1. 8 oz ricotta cheese
  2. 4 oz mascarpone cheese
  3. 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  4. 1/4 cup heavy cream
  5. 1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
optional additions
  1. chopped pistachios
  2. toasted coconut
  3. roasted crushed almonds
  4. white chocolate chips
  1. In bowl using a spatula, blend together ricotta and mascarpone cheese.
  2. Fold in powdered sugar and heavy cream.
  3. Mix in chocolate chips and/or other add ins.
