These muffins goes really well with simple soup or just as a snack on their own. They come out light and fluffy despite having a lot of cheese in them and he taste is exactly how’d you expect it. This is also a one bowl wonder so it takes all of 10 minutes to come together and makes a full dozen muffins.

Ingredients
- 185g flour
- 12g sugar
- 10g baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 150g cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 tablespoons chives, chopped
- 1 egg
- 240ml milk
- 30g butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together until just combined.
- Divide the batter into the muffin tins evenly.
- Bake until golden brown on the tops, about 20-25 minutes.
