Recipe: Duck Confit Burger

If you want to knock someones socks off, this is the burger for it. It’s not cheap, it’s a little complex, and it takes about 3 hours all together (plus waiting time) but it’s absolutely worth it. This is the best burger I have ever made or eaten.

Duck Confit Burger
Yields 4
  1. 3 duck legs, confit'd
  2. brioche buns
  3. onion chutney
  4. arugula
  5. brie, thinly sliced
  1. To make the burger simply combine all the components of course. This isn't much of a recipe but just the perfect balance of flavors needed to make a delicious burger.
