Recipe: Edible Cookie Dough

Love eating cookie dough but worried about getting sick from raw eggs? This is the perfect recipe for you! This edible cookie dough takes just minutes to whip up and can be eaten raw as it contains no eggs. Mine was a little too sugary for me so if you like things less sweet you might want to tone down on the sugar but otherwise this is a great sweet tooth fix for a last minute dessert.

Edible Cookie Dough
Serves 3
  1. 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  2. 3/4 cups packed brown sugar
  3. 2 teaspoons vanilla
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 cup all-purpose flour
  6. 2 tablespoons milk
  7. 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  1. With your mixer, cream together butter and brown sugar. Add in vanilla and salt, mix.
  2. Add in flour and 2 tablespoons of milk and mix.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips and enjoy!
  4. Store leftovers in the refrigerator. Freeze for up to three months.
