Recipe: Homemade Nori Fume Furikake

Furikake is basically a dry rice seasoning in Japan and it’s not available everywhere but if you can get a few basic ingredients you can make your own in about 5 minutes. This is really sped up with a food processor.

Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup white sesame seeds
  2. 1/4 cup black sesame seeds
  3. 2 sheets nori seaweed
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
  1. Cut nori into small strips.
  2. Mix everything together and blend in the food processor to desired consistency.
Notes
  1. This make about 1 cup
