These fluffy, light biscuits have a nice buttery flavor and stay soft for much longer than usual biscuits because of the high moisture from the yogurt. My only regret is that I wish I had added a bit of cracked pepper to them, otherwise they’re perfect.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the butter and cut in until small pilled balls form. (You can use a mixer or food processor but it only takes a minute with your hands.)
- Gently stir in yogurt and dill until completely mixed.
- Place dough on a lightly floured surface and knead 10 times. Press out the dough until it is about 3/4 inch thick. Cut out biscuits with a glass or biscuit/cookie cutter, and repeat until all the dough is shaped.
- Place biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 7 to 9 minutes at 450.
